Cash back instructions

Please follow these steps to claim your $10 cash back:

Go to the RR18 Rebate Form
Fill in the information about your show and upload your ticket (PDF, QR code, receipt, picture of ticket, etc.)
Once submitted, please allow 3-4 weeks for our staff to review your request. We'll let you know when your rebate has been processed.

If you recently purchased the RR18 Annual Package or have an active Reel Rock Unlimited subscription, you are eligible for a rebate on an in-person RR18 event/show.

No, you’re eligible to receive the rebate as long as you have an active subscription, even if you purchased the RR18 Annual Package after you attended an RR18 event/show.

2. An active RR18 Annual Package or RR Unlimited subscription.

No, as long as you have an active Unlimited subscription and your ticket, you are eligible to receive the rebate.

- Reel Rock store credit
- PayPal
- Two free monthly billings (valid only for monthly subscribers)
- Store card refund (to your original payment method)

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your rebate to be processed. Once your rebate has been approved, it will take from 1-7 days to arrive depending on the option you selected. Note: If you chose “Store refund,” in some cases your bank may take up to 30 days to process the refund.

Yes, you can change your cash back reward option as long as your request hasn't been processed yet. Contact our customer support to request the change.

Once you've submitted your request along and the required proof of purchase, our team will review your information. Upon approval, you’ll receive your rebate depending which option you selected.

The cash back processing time refers to the time it takes for us to review and approve your request, typically 3 to 4 weeks due to the high volume of requests. The refund time is the time it takes for the funds to reach you after the processing is complete, depending on your chosen option.

After we’ve processed your rebate, the time it takes for the funds to arrive depends on the refund option you've chosen:
- Free monthly billings: applied immediately to your account
- Store credit: arrives instantly via email
- Store credit and PayPal: 1 to 3 business days
- Store refund: Up to 30 days for your bank to accept the refund

If your bank is unable to accept the store refund for any reason, please contact our customer support team. We will work with you to find an alternative solution, such as issuing the refund through a different method.
